  3. Preparation Venue: AIM Igorot Lodge, Camp John Hay = P3,000.00 per room x 2 = P6,000.00
  4. Attires:  - c/o Couple (P25,000.00 and above for first use/used rent c/o I DO for the whole entourage)
  5. Make-up and Hair: P10,000.00 package fro traditional make-up; P15,000.00 package if airbrush for the bride only and the rest, traditional; Trial make-up costs P500.00 and P3,000.00 respectively
  6. Flowers and Decors: P30,000.00 package includes all entourage, church, and reception flowers and decors
  7. Photo and Video: A good package is P65,000.00; a complete package is P98,000.00. Budget package is P48,000.00. Details of the packages will be given after you choose your budget
  8. Bridal Car: Vintage cars may cost P15,000.00 and above; White cars P7,000.00 and above depending on the model; Carriage with horse P15,000.00; Limo is P12,000.00 and above
  9. Coordination and Management: P15,000.00 with a male professional wedding emcee

Food and Drinks: Option A: Hillstation (an awarded restaurant in Asia; same owner as Mario's) as caterer: P680.00 per pax plus 15% catering fee; thus 80pax will cost: P680 x 100pax = P68,000.00 + P10,200.00 = P78,200.00.           Option B:Topfoods as Caterer: P450.00 per pax x 100pax = P45,000.00
  3. Flowers and Decors = c/o I DO
  4. Wedding Cake - P5,000.00 to P25,000.00 and up depending on design and materials
  5. Toast Wine - P350.00 and above depending on kind
  6. Tent: P6,000.00 for the rent (if opted) + P2,000.00 for the tents of the foods/buffet area

You may opt for individual kneelers - we also have...We will do the red aisle like this in the picture at the Bell Amphitheater from the steps to the stage; you can also see the candle holders beside the kneelers; the flowers used here are plain asters but we will add some Fiji mums spray painted in baby pink
for chair covers, we use above shown white; pink sashes, and gray combination

Policies For Santorini Functions
• Minimum Guests: 100 -120 persons for Ballroom A; 120 – 180 persons for
Ballroom B; and, minimum 180 pax for A & B combined;
• P20,000.00 is required to reserve the date, good for 7 days only.
A 50% deposit is required seven days after signing of Contract.
Full payment must be made 2 weeks before the function date. All payments are nonrefundable
and non changeable.
• Due to the oil mural painting on the walls, layout for additional decorations and
set-up by the organizer/planner has to be submitted to Sales Department one
week in advance for approval.
• If separate ceremony set-up is required in areas other than the reception venue
like Santorini A or B, Flora Café, Veranda, Piano Bar, the fee is P15,000.00.
This includes: 50 chairs, rostrum/table, sound system and microphone. If
ceremony will be held in the adjacent ballroom (A or B; availability shall be
confirmed to the client two weeks before the function date, otherwise, the
ceremony will be set up in other available function areas listed above.
• For packages with Cocktails, this shall be served at the Concourse Lobby or at
Flora Café or Veranda. This is subject to availability.

  7. Ceremony Venue: the big local churches are the Cathedral and St. Joseph in Pacdal which may cost P15k each; the rest may cost from P5k to P10k.

    TERMS and CONDITIONS
    ·         Menu prices per person are good for a minimum of 30 persons.
    ·         Any function booked for less than 30 persons will incur an additional fee of P100.00 per plate, minimum.
    ·         A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking. Full payment should be made one day prior to the event. Any additional charges incurred during the function should be settled immediately or the day after, at the latest.
    ·         Any cancellations in full shall be subject to a 10% charge plus other minor expenses incurred.
    ·         Number of persons booked cannot be changed on the same day of the scheduled function. Charges will be as originally booked.
    ·         The function’s venue can be booked for a maximum of four (4) hours. This does not include set-up time. However, an overtime fee of P1500 will be levied for every hour incurred beyond the time allotted for the event, regardless of the number of persons at the time of close.
    ·         Tiffany chairs are at P150.00 per piece.
    ·         Mono block chairs with white cover with a delivery/pick up charge of P2500.  This is for guests of 100 and below.
    ·         Prices may change with prior notice.
